The ingredients are:
500 g flour
12 yolks
1 egg
25 g of sugar
25 butter g
50 cc of vodka
1/2 tsp. ammonium bicarbonate

Preparation:
First you have to sift the flour on the table and add all the ingredients except the alcohol. Then add the alcohol divided into 4 holes made in the flour.
